Insurance Information
I am an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. This means you pay me directly, and I provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement.
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process a reimbursement claim.
You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for therapy sessions.
Working outside of insurance networks allows me to provide the best possible care without the restrictions insurance companies often impose. This means longer sessions when needed, more flexibility in treatment approaches, and complete privacy—no diagnosis required for payment, and no insurance company access to your records.

Your privacy is paramount. All information shared in therapy is strictly confidential, with limited exceptions required by law (imminent danger, abuse, court orders). I will explain these in detail at our first session.
I check messages during business hours and aim to respond within 24-48 hours. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Email and text are not secure methods of communication for sensitive information.
Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee applies.
Either party may end the therapeutic relationship at any time. If I feel I'm not the best fit for your needs, I will provide referrals to other qualified professionals.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone. Schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs and see if we're a good fit.
